1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with LogicXClaw. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how they are processed for subscription plans and custom enterprise builds.
Until paid checkout is enabled, no charges are collected through the website. The subscription refund terms below apply once paid billing is active.
2. Subscription Plans (Starter / Pro / Max)
Starter (Free): No charges apply, so no refund is needed.
Pro and Max: Once paid subscriptions are live, you may cancel before the next renewal date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days.
A full refund of the most recent charge may be issued if:
- You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request
- You were charged twice for the same billing period
- The paid subscription service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due solely to an issue on our side, and we were unable to restore access within 5 business days of your written notice
3. Custom Enterprise Builds
Refund eligibility for custom builds is governed by the written project agreement. In general:
- Non-delivery: If the agreed deliverable is not provided within the agreed timeframe and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Significant deviation: If the delivered work materially differs from the written scope or deliverables agreed by both parties, and we cannot correct it within a reasonable period, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Change of mind after work begins: Not eligible for a refund. Any deposit paid for scoping work is non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge or delivery date
- Service fully delivered and accepted, or delivered in line with the agreed written scope
- Issues caused by client-provided data, configurations, or third-party systems outside our scope
- Account suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund
Email starsail2026@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, purchase email, transaction ID or order reference, the reason for your request, and any supporting details.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge or delivery date.
6. Processing Time
We acknowledge refund requests within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Actual timing may vary depending on PayPal or the payment provider.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by alternative methods unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. PayPal Buyer Protection
If you paid via PayPal, you may also have rights under PayPal's dispute or Buyer Protection processes for eligible purchases. PayPal's own eligibility rules, deadlines, and User Agreement apply separately from this policy.
