1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using any LogicXClaw service, you agree to these Terms. Services are provided by StarSailAI. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

LogicXClaw offers two types of services:

  • Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Max): Published plans for pre-built AI Skills and reports for investment intelligence, delivered electronically when the relevant plan is activated.
  • Custom enterprise builds: Bespoke AI Skill development tailored to your workflow and requirements. Scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Account & Credentials

If we provide access credentials, API keys, or service-specific credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and using them only for authorized purposes. If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Please report unauthorized access promptly.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The prices displayed for paid plans (Pro and Max) reflect planned monthly subscription pricing in USD. Paid checkout will be enabled after PayPal approval or activation of another listed third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details or PayPal credentials on our servers.

Until checkout is enabled, no payment will be collected through the website. Once subscriptions are live, renewal, cancellation, and billing details will apply to active paid subscribers only.

Once subscriptions are live, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel, email starsail2026@gmail.com at least 3 business days before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Digital Delivery

When enabled, subscription Skills and reports are delivered electronically by email or platform access, depending on the plan. No physical goods are shipped. Custom deliverables are delivered by email or a designated file-sharing link within the agreed timeframe.

If a deliverable is not received within 5 business days of the expected date, please contact us. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in market manipulation, fraud, or insider trading
  • Distributing malware, spam, or conducting unauthorized data collection
  • Reverse engineering or creating derivative works without permission
  • Reselling or sublicensing our services without prior written consent

7. Your Content & Compliance

You are responsible for content and data you submit to us. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide that content and that doing so does not violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All LogicXClaw brand assets, designs, code, and documentation are owned by StarSailAI unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom builds, IP ownership terms are defined in the written project agreement. Your submitted content remains your property.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers including AI model providers, PayPal when payments are enabled, and cloud infrastructure. Their availability and behavior are outside our control.

AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be treated as professional financial or investment advice.

10. Availability & Changes

We strive for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may modify plan features, pricing, or policies and will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the site or related documents.

11. Cancellation & Termination

Once subscriptions are live, you may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. See the Refund Policy page for refund eligibility. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or security risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarSailAI is liable only for direct losses caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for third-party failures, market data inaccuracies, network outages, or events beyond our control.
